On February 22, 2008, Wallace L. Duncan, Founder and President of Duncan, Weinberg, Genzer & Pembroke, P.C. passed away.  Over the course of his 47 years of practice, Walley was a strong advocate for consumer-owned utilities.  Walley will be truly missed for his legal knowledge and experience, but more so for his warmth, humor and strength.
