Experience

From 1987-1991 prior to becoming Of Counsel to the Firm, Mr. Lynch was Director of Corporate Affairs and Counsel to a multi-state highway and commercial building construction company with offices in New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Washington, D.C. Mr. Lynch was involved both personally and in a managerial capacity in all facets of the corporation's day-to-day operations from claims to safety. Mr. Lynch has a wealth of experience in the prosecution of claims, labor relations, Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) matters and human resource matters.

Since 1973 Mr. Lynch has concentrated his practice in the area of New York Municipal Law. Mr. Lynch has been and continues to be a Village Attorney and as such has been involved in all phases of local government. Mr. Lynch has been involved in matters before the Federal Communications Commission, the Power Authority of the State of New York and all New York State and Federal Courts including the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Mr. Lynch has represented several Planning and Zoning Boards of Appeal as well as petitioners before Planning and Zoning Boards of Appeal throughout New York State.

Mr. Lynch has also served as Special Counsel to Municipal Corporations in tax certiorari matters, cable television matters and landfill operations.

In addition, Mr. Lynch was a Town Justice and has several times been selected by the American Arbitration Association to serve as an Arbitrator.
