Experience

Mr. Dupre possesses over 12 years of experience in the field of energy regulation with a concentration in electric market restructuring. Prior to joining Duncan, Weinberg, Genzer & Pembroke, P.C., Mr. Dupre served as the Senior Regulatory Paralegal for the global energy practice group of a British-based law firm. Mr. Dupre was part of the legal team, which implemented the initial market design in California, including the creation of the California Independent System Operator Corporation and California Power Exchange, and their respective tariffs.
