Experience
Mr. Rudolphi is an Associate with Duncan, Weinberg, Genzer & Pembroke, P.C. His practice areas include energy law and economic regulation, environmental law, administrative law and litigation.
Mr. Rudolphi is a 2007 graduate of Rutgers University School of Law-Camden. During law school, he served as a law and policy clerk for two non-profit public policy groups, advocating on behalf of U.S. military service members and the nation’s food bank network. Between his second and third years of law school, Mr. Rudolphi accepted a Summer Associate position with the Firm where he gained experience in administrative law and litigation and energy and environmental regulatory matters. Since joining the Firm as an Associate, Mr. Rudolphi has worked on electric regulatory matters, telecommunications and non-profit incorporation issues. He has participated in litigation and has advised clients on matters relating to wholesale power and transmission, including rates, terms and conditions of service and the various requirements of state and federal regulations and laws. Mr. Rudolphi has also worked on analyzing the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's implementation of the Energy Policy Act of 2005, including drafting comments in several rulemakings for the Firm's clients.
